A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

As our Customer Service Manager, you oversee the "customers-first" experience provided by our call center representatives with the goal of continually improving all aspects of the call center. Under your leadership, reps are inspired to take pride in their work and provide above-and-beyond customer service on every call.

You provide excellent training and work to minimize mistakes. Auditing calls and jobs booked helps you track progress. On occasion, you step in to perform call center representative responsibilities yourself, depending on call volume and staffing levels. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring that those that call in to our company are always well taken care of!

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

  • 2 years of management experience
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Leadership skills
